PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA) has held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the financial year 2024 and an Extraordinary GMS (EGMS) on 12 June 2025 at the Company's office, Jl. Poltangan Raya No.35, South Jakarta.

In the AGMS, the shareholders approved the following matters:

Approved the ratification of the Company's Annual Report for the financial year 2024, including the Company's Activity Report, the Board of Commissioners' Supervisory Report
