As part of its commitment to maintaining security standards, the Security Services Team of PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA) held a First Aid Refreshment training for security personnel working in the digital infrastructure sector (Data Center). The training was held on February 15, 2026, in Jatiluhur, in collaboration with expert instructors from the Indonesian Escorting Ambulance (IEA) institution.
Given that Data Centers are
vital assets with specific work risks, PERSADA believes that security personnel
must possess the highest standards of competence. This training aims to ensure
that every security personnel is capable of providing a quick and appropriate
response in emergency situations before professional assistance arrives.
The training consists of
Theory and Practice, which are divided into two sessions, namely Indoor Session
and Outdoor Session.
® The Indoor Session consists of in-depth
theory and basic simulations such as Basic Life Support (BLS) as well as wound
treatment and medical stability during evacuation.
® The Outdoor Session consists of field
simulations and evacuations such as medical evacuation techniques, ambulance
coordination, and trauma management in open areas.
Through collaboration with
Indonesian Escorting Ambulance (IEA), security personnel are equipped with
real-world experience from field practitioners. This aligns with the company's
philosophy that employees and field personnel are valuable assets whose
capabilities must be continuously enhanced to deliver excellence in service to
all PERSADA clients/partners.
