One day after its previous achievement, the Technical Services business line of PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA) once again received the ‘Best Regional Technical Support’ award for the South Jakarta and Bogor operational areas from a client in the telecommunications sector on 29 January 2026.

The award was presented in recognition of the team’s speed, accuracy, and quality in delivering technical support, which contributed to maintaining network reliability and operational stability.
