PERSADA Conducts Refreshment Training, Improving The Quality Of Security Officer Services

PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA) has organized a refresher training for all members of the security personnel assigned to clients/partners in the telecommunications infrastructure sector. The training was held at PERSADA's office on 14 June 2025. The module focused on two areas, namely Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Excellence, aimed at improving professionalism and the quality of services provided to clients/partners.
PERSADA is committed to ensuring that its security personnel are not only always at the forefront of skills, but also deliver services of the highest standard.
This refresher training is conducted to reinforce an in-depth understanding of the established SOPs, ensuring every action is in accordance with the latest security protocols and industry best practices.

"With this refresher training, we want to ensure that every member of our security team has a strong understanding of our SOPs and is able to provide Service Excellence in every interaction and work activity.
