Three security unit personnel (Satpam) from PT Personel Aih Daya Tbk (PERSADA) who are assigned to Government sector clients in the North Sumatra region, received awards as Exemplary Satpam in a series of 79th Bhayangkara Day events at the North Sumatra Regional Police Headquarters (Polda SUMUT).

The three personnel are the first winner of the exemplary security guards in the Gada Pratama, Gada Madya and Gada Utama qualifications at the North Sumatra Regional Police level, as follows:
1) Tri Hadi Susilo (1st place for exemplary security guard in Gada Pratama qualification) 
2) Novia Tika Lestari BB (1st place exemplary security guard for Gada Madya qualification) 
3) Dedek Kurniawan (1st place exemplary security guard for Gada Utama qualification)

All three are considered to have extraordinary dedication, integrity, and professionalism in carrying out security duties, as well as contributing positively to the creation of security and public order in the work environment and its surroundings.

The exemplary security guard award is a form of recognition from the police institution of the important role of security guards as partners of the National Police in maintaining security and order.
