Improve Service Quality And Personnel Security Through Refreshment Program

In an effort to improve the quality of services and security of outsourced personnel provided by PT Personnel Alih Daya Tbk's (PERSADA) Security Services business line, it has organized a refreshment program for security personnel (security officers) placed at clients/partners in the cloud and data center service provider sectors. This activity aims to equip security officers with the latest knowledge and skills in carrying out their duties.

 

The full-day refreshment program was held on 22 March 2025 at the PERSADA office building, with training materials covering, among others:

  • English for Security: This material is to improve the communication skills of security personnel in interacting with visitors / employees / expatriate management.
  • Service Excellence: This material emphasizes the importance of providing services and creating a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Pembinaan dan Evaluasi: Through these sessions, security officers get hands-on coaching and performance evaluation to improve the effectiveness of their duties.
  • Sosialisasi Visitor System baru: Security guards were given an in-depth understanding of the new visitor system to be implemented, and ensured the smooth process of receiving and supervising them in the work environment.

 

This refreshment program is one of PERSADA's efforts to ensure that its outsourced personnel/security officers are always ready to improve preparedness in dealing with various security situations and are competent in carrying out their duties. In addition, it is also expected that the outsourced personnel/security officers can provide more professional, responsive and friendly services to all visitors/employees and management.
