The natural disaster that hit the South Sukabumi area caused the main electricity supply to be cut off, disrupting the operation of BTS towers and telecommunications networks. In situations like this, PERSADA's technical team is always alert, responsive and moves quickly to the locations of BTS towers affected by floods and landslides to inspect and activate generators that are experiencing interference and ensure the communication network continues to operate. The main priority of PERSADA's technical team is to conduct a thorough inspection of the condition of generators, electrical panels and other supporting equipment. Refueling and replacing damaged components to ensure the generator is ready to operate. Then activate the generators and monitor their performance regularly to ensure stable and optimal operations at each site to replace the interrupted main power supply.
Conditions on the ground were challenging, with difficult access and inclement weather. In addition, the PERSADA Technical team always coordinates with the PERSADA Central TCS team and other relevant parties to ensure the latest information and effective handling.
