PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA), a leading outsourcing service provider, continuously organize the Field Work Training (PKL) program for vocational high school (SMK) students. This program is part of the company's commitment to preparing the younger generation for the workplace while also fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This time, Persada is welcoming SMK students majoring in Software Engineering (RPL) to participate in the PKL program within PERSADA's work environment.

“This PKL program serves as a bridge for vocational school students to apply the knowledge and theories they have learned in school to real-world work practices in the industry. By providing direct experience in the workplace, especially in relevant fields such as RPL, we are contributing to the development of a competent and competitive workforce” said Group Head HCM & Corporate Support, Yeni Yuliani.
In this PKL program, vocational school students majoring in RPL will receive guidance and mentoring directly from the HCM PERSADA team. They will learn about operational workflows and be involved in projects relevant to their expertise so that they can understand the actual work environment and conditions.
The PKL program for vocational schools is one of the pillars of PERSADA's CSR program, which focuses on education and community empowerment. PERSADA hopes that this program will continue and have a positive and sustainable impact on the development of human resources and young talent in Indonesia.
